Hidden Path provides local guided tours and experiences, including private culinary routes, market walks, neighborhood food tours, and related tasting walks. Any route, tasting stop, language, or meeting arrangement is subject to availability, confirmation, and the details agreed for the specific group.
Booking requests may be made by consultation request, email, or phone. For private experiences, pricing is based on a custom group quote and confirmed tastings, and a deposit may be required before the booking is secured. Accepted payment methods are card and bank transfer.
You are responsible for providing accurate group details, dietary information, and any relevant preferences or limitations before confirmation. Hidden Path may decline or adjust a route if venue availability, group size, timing, or other practical conditions require it. No transport, accommodation, flights, visas, insurance, or third-party tickets are included unless expressly stated in writing.
All website content, including text, images, layout, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Hidden Path and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use such content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Hidden Path is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or participation in a tour. Third-party venues, markets, and tasting locations are controlled by others, and access, opening conditions, and service standards cannot be guaranteed. Food and tasting arrangements are not guaranteed to be allergen-free, and route suitability must be confirmed for each guest and route.
The following docket presents two operative clause summaries for review, reference, and downstream notice handling. Each clause is paired with its supporting document record for formal reading.
