What to Expect on a Culinary Route
Hidden Path creates private culinary routes for food curious travelers, couples, small friend groups, and repeat city visitors who want a more local way to explore Baku. Each experience is arranged by appointment and starts from an agreed central meeting point in the city.
Your route is confirmed before the tour, including the general flow of stops and the tastings planned for the day. We also collect dietary information in advance so the experience can be organized with care, while keeping in mind that venue conditions vary and allergen-free guarantees are not available.
Private tasting routes shaped around your interests
Explore Baku through food, markets, and local stories on a guided route planned in advance.
Depending on the route, your walk may include market visits, neighborhood food stops, and stories about the people and places behind local specialties. The focus is on context, not just tasting, so each stop feels connected to the surrounding area and its everyday rhythm.
Private culinary routes usually last between three and four hours and are designed for groups of two to eight guests. A consultation is included before booking, and guide language is confirmed according to availability. Payment can be arranged by card or bank transfer, with a deposit required to secure the booking.
